Ordered this chair on a Tuesday and delivered the following Friday. It was a cinch to assemble and the quality is first rate. It has full gas lift height adjustment and reclining tension adjustment which can be locked. Particularly impressed with the integrated lumbar support and the size and comfort of the seating base. Easy to achieve the ideal seating position.
Most importantly, this chair offers exceptional value for money as it rivals similar offerings cost 2 - 3 times more. Communication from Milan Direct throughout the post sale delivery process (order tracking...etc) was excellent. Highly recommended product and well done Milan Direct.

Fast delivery on my two office chairs.
Unfortunatly the chairs were not how I expected. They had rock hard armrests which were non adjustable. The diagram shows that the chair can lean back but is pointless when it cannot be locked into place. The only fuction that is adjustable is the height and wear you place your back tension cushin which I thought was a nice feature.
Overall I think it is a good looking chair at a okay price for a mesh chair.
Delivery man had a bit of a tough time carrying 10 of these up our stairs, but once we opened the boxes and got them all set up our studio office has come to life. exactly the type of chair we were after! when are you adding some floor lamps?
